• Winner must attend scheduled appointments
• Excessive rescheduling, missed appointments, or additional sessions beyond the agreed project scope may result in additional charges
• If the winner already has both sleeves completed, an alternative tattoo project of comparable value will be agreed upon
• The tattoo prize must be redeemed within 12 months of the winner announcement
