Cartiel Full Sleeve Tattoo Raffle – Official Rules & Terms

CARTIEL FULL SLEEVE TATTOO RAFFLE – OFFICIAL RULES & TERMS

  1. Prize

    One (1) winner will receive one (1) full sleeve tattoo performed by Nathan Cartiel.

  1. Entry Period

    Only 150 entries will be made available. The raffle will end once all entries have been sold.

  1. Entry Fee

    Each entry costs $150 USD. Multiple entries may be purchased.

  1. Winner Selection

    The winner will be selected randomly during a live broadcast after all entries have been sold.

  1. Eligibility

    Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally eligible to receive a tattoo.

  1. Tattoo Style

    The prize is intended for a black and gray tattoo and must be completed in Nathan Cartiel’s artistic style. By entering, participants acknowledge and accept the artist’s creative direction and tattooing style.

  1. Scheduling and Attendance

    Tattoo appointments will be scheduled based on Nathan Cartiel’s availability. The winner must attend all agreed-upon sessions and appointment dates.

Failure to attend scheduled appointments, repeated rescheduling, excessive delays, or requests for additional sessions beyond those reasonably required to complete the project may result in additional charges. Any such charges will be discussed and agreed upon between the winner and Nathan Cartiel before proceeding.

  1. Existing Full Sleeves

    If the winner already has a completed sleeve on both arms, Nathan Cartiel reserves the right to apply the prize value toward a different tattoo project of comparable size and value on another area of the body. The final project will be determined through mutual agreement between the winner and Nathan Cartiel.

  1. Travel and Accommodation

    Travel expenses, lodging, meals, transportation, visas, and all related costs are not included and remain the sole responsibility of the winner.

  1. No Cash Value

    The prize has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, transferred, exchanged, or substituted.

  1. Refund Policy

    All raffle entry purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

    By purchasing an entry, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Official Rules and Terms & Conditions.
